Submitted on 24.06.2020, the CIRCLE project was approved by the Interreg VA France (Channel) England program on 01.10.2020.
The objective of the CIRCLE project is to develop a draining cast-in-place concrete pavement based on shell co-products, with low environmental impact and high drainage properties.
Until June 2023, 28 pilot areas in France and England will be implemented, instrumented and monitored over time. The data collected will be shared with all in order to promote the dissemination of the innovative product in the FMA zone.
All the partners of the project, academics, local authorities and industrialists, will benefit from a financial support from the Interreg VA France (Channel) England up to 69%, i.e. 2.5M(E) for a total budget of approximately 3.7M(E).
